Tasting notes:High layer deep purple.
- Acompotada fruit nose, with the presence of balsamic notes, mint, minerals funds and cocoa.
- Palate: Warm, with silky tannins, velvety, perfectly well integrated. Spacious, elegant and with a lingering aftertaste.
Development and Aging:
Taken from the recently rediscovered variety Maturana. It comes from our vineyard located in "Villa Joy", the first major plantation Maturana has been done in the D.O.Ca. Rioja.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
