CURIOSITIES
In 1999 the management of Glenfarclas acquired a very rare bottle dated around 1896. The idea was to replicate the bottle, which would be no easy task. Gondon J. Doctor, one of the most distinguished blenders, selected the finest malts from the Scottish Highlands and aged them for years in sherry casks, resulting in a spirit inspired by 19th-century blendeds.
