ELABORATION
Varieties: 45% xarel·lo, 35% Maccabee, 10% paired, 10% chardonnay.
The varieties are vinified separately so that each one brings its maximum potential to the base wine.
After obtaining the blend, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
After the slaughter of each one, a dosage is made with the family recipe of centenary solera.
Aged for more than 49 months.
CURIOSITIES
Straw yellow cava with reflections of new gold. On the nose of a transparent perfume of apple, biscuits, spices, florals and a suggestive sea breeze, with its intimate contact with yeast, aromas of ripe fruits with a toasted background and nuts appear.
