TASTING NOTES

The aromas of red fruit merge with the subtle floral and spicy notes. Very good structure in the mouth, with a good balance that gives it freshness, silky texture and a long and persistent finish.

ELABORATION

100% Mencía variety.
Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours.
Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Aged 4 months next to its lees.
