TASTING NOTES
Elegant floral notes on a subtle mineral background. On the palate it is tasty, expressive and balanced. Deep with a rich and prolonged finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 85% Mencía, 15% white grapes.
Plots vinified separately for subsequent blend.
Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
Aged for 1 year in French oak barrels.
