TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Deep purple.
- Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruit and delicate spicy notes.
- Palate: On the palate it is powerful, with a long finish and notes of dark chocolate.
100% Tempranillo variety.
Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Aged 3 months in French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES
The winery was designed to make small red grape productions, mainly from the old Tempranillo vineyards, some of them planted in 1890, but also from Prieto Picudo de León and Mencía del Bierzo. Tridente's old vineyards are spread over more than 40 different plots of their own vineyards (90 hectares). In some cases, the vines date back to 1910.
