Tasting Notes:

• Color cherry red with a violet edge, very intense and shiny.
• In nose include red and black fruits, fine woods, souvenirs of low mountain, notes of spices and a mineral point.

Elaboration and Aging:

Preacher is drawn with the varieties 93% Tempranillo , 3% Garnacha , 2% Graciano , 2% Mazuelo . The grapes come from vineyards between 20 and 35 years old, from 12 different plots. The harvest is done completely manually in small boxes of 14kg. Once collected the grape is transported to the winery within a maximum period of half an hour to avoid oxidation. For the preparation of Preacher, after careful destemming, the grapes ferment in trunk-cone and stainless steel deposits at a temperature of 19-24 ° C for 7-10 days. Finally, after the vinification, Preacher passes one aged 15 months in French oak barrels of 1 wine .
