ELABORATION
Made with Graciano (70%), Tempranillo (25%) and Garnacha (5%).
Integral vinification at low temperature (22ºC).
Maceration of 1 week.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels of 600 and 225 litres.

Bodegas Exopto is a project founded in 2003 by Tom Puyaubert, with the aim of recovering and enhancing old vines on the slopes of the Sierra Cantabria and Monte Yerga. Based on sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture, the winery's work philosophy aims to express the multitude of terroirs that make up the Rioja D.O.Ca.
The winery accompanies, enhances and develops the identity and character of the grapes and the plots from which they come. That is why they work exclusively with respectful materials such as cement and French oak. Minimal intervention in all stages of production.
