Preparation and Aging:

From 100% Tempranillo grapes that have been rigorously hand-selected both in the vineyard and in the winery. For its production, half of the wine was fermented by carbonic maceration and the other half by the traditional destemming system, doing malolactic fermentation in barrels, after which it remained for 18 months in new oaks of French and American origin, 50% of traditional and aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
