Tasting Notes
Red cherry colour, clean and bright.
On the nose: Aromas of red fruit, herbs and light toasted touches.
Mouth: It has a very tasty pass, with very present red fruit, correct acidity. With a long medium finish.
Elaboration and Ageing Made with 50% black Grenache and 50% Tempranillo grapes, with hand-picked grapes. After destemming and crushing, maceration is carried out for 20 days. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with pumping over. It is a wine partially macerated with the whole grape (carbonic maceration) and aged for 5 months in wooden vats and barrels.
