Elaboration
The Viura grape with which this wine is made comes from selected traditional vineyards that offer the most concrete and beautiful singularity of the white wine par excellence of Alfaro Palacios. It is fermented in oval oak and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Afterwards it is aged for 10 months in new oval French oak on lees and refined periodically.

It is an innovative initiative of Bodegas Palacios Remondo to make this white wine with organic grapes to get this organic wine of a sublime quality.
