TASTING NOTES
- Colour: Ruby red with cherry tones.
- Nose Aromas of fresh black fruit such as plum or blackberry, rich varietal profile with the elegant tones of wood (cocoa, tobacco plant, hay or clean leather) and aromatic plants.
- Palate: It has a high intensity, long and very well structured. Perfect acidity and ripe, fine tannins.
ELABORATION
100% Tempranillo variety.
The grapes are harvested at their optimum point of ripeness thanks to the monitoring that is carried out throughout the cycle.
Aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES
Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, a winery with more than a century of history. It was founded in 1924 by Don Ramón Bilbao Murga, although since 1896, Don Ramón ran a small winery in Haro from which he sold his first wines.
