TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Dark colour with purple tones.
- Nose: Aromas of black fruit accompanied by spicy and truffle notes.
- Palate: Unctuous, rich and complex.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 88% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 2% Viura/Malvasia.
Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks.
Aged for 38 months in new French oak barrels.
