TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Ruby colour.
- Nose: Aromas of black fruit and blue flowers accompanied by spicy notes.
- Palate: Firm and round tannins. Balanced with a long and elegant finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano, Grenache.
Grapes from plots located in Leza and San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
Spontaneous fermentation.
The San Vicente grapes are aged for 9 months in foudres and French oak barrels.
The Leza grapes are aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
After assembling, the ageing ends with 5 months in concrete tanks.
