TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Pale pink color.
- Nose: Floral and red fruit aromas accompanied by soft notes of sour strawberry caramel and fair apple.
- Palate: Soft entry marking a round and balanced mid-palate. Fresh and fruity aftertaste.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 50% Tempranillo, 30% Viura, 20% Grenache.
After maceration, gravity bleeding is performed.
