- Very intense cherry red color.
- Aromas of ripe red berries from the forest that give way to memories of scrubland as well as balsamic touches and sweet spices.

Production and Aging:
In the winery, the Artadi La Hoya grapes are destemmed and crushed to begin vinification in open tanks with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with twice daily treading and a small pump-over. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 225-liter French oak barrels where it remains for 12 months before being bottled.
