TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Deep cherry colour.
- Nose: Aromas of black fruits accompanied by floral notes and balsamic background.
- Palate: Medium body with flavors of fresh fruit and spices. Prolonged and slightly spicy finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: mostly Tempranillo and a small percentage of Grenache and Graciano.
Fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts.
