TASTING NOTES
Clean, bright lemon yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, medium intensity with ripe citrus notes such as lime and mandarin. The floral note (hawthorn, jasmine and orange blossom) and a hay-like herbaceous background predominate. At wedding it is enveloping, fresh and with good balance. The retronasal recalls the note of ripe citrus fruit.
WINEMAKING
