TASTING NOTES
In view, cherry red color, medium layer.
On the nose there is a discreet aroma of red and black fruits, liquorice, olives and notes of violets with very hidden woody aromas.
On the palate it has a marked beginning of tannins, when oxygenated there is acidity that leaves a pleasant taste in its passage but does not make you fall in love.
ELABORATION
It is a wine made by Viñaoliva with 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, it has the combination of Tempranillo and Graciano grapes. With a limited production of 7,000 bottles.
CURIOSITIES
The Viñaoliva group controls a total of 44,000 hectares of vineyards, which is approximately 50% of Extremadura's production and therefore 5% of Spain's total production. With a production capacity of 200 million liters, they can produce wines that fit the different needs of national and international customers. The team of winemakers, aided by the latest technology, works hard to get the most out of the main native grapes they use, that is, Tempranillo, Pardina and Macabeo, as well as some foreign varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sirah.
