100% Tempranillo variety.
Maceration for 7 days.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-24ºC.
Aged for 8 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES
The Viñaoliva group controls a total of 44,000 hectares of vineyards, which is approximately 50% of the production in Extremadura and therefore 5% of the total production in Spain. With a production capacity of 200 million liters, they can produce wines that fit the different needs of national and international customers. The team of winemakers, aided by the latest technology, works hard to get the most out of the main native grapes they use, that is, Tempranillo, Pardina and Macabeo, as well as some foreign varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sirah.
