TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Intense red color with a high layer with purple rim.
- Nose: Aromas of cherry and blackberry accompanied by creamy notes of pastry.
- Palate: Tasty and elegant entry. Unctuous with present but sweetened tannins. Complex with a long and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Graciano.
The different varieties are vinified separately.
Aged for 18-22 months in French oak barrels
CURIOSITIES
The El Carabal estate was acquired in 1989. It is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Guadalupe, within the municipality of Alía, in the province of Cáceres.
However, the Carabal Winery was not founded until 2001, and consists of 52 hectares. of vineyards, where different grape varieties are grown: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Graciano.
