Development and Aging
Made with 100% Verdejo grapes, it is fermented and aged in barrels on its lees; ten months in French oak barrels and a minimum of five or six months in the bottle before it goes on the market. spontaneous fermentation it's a wine white with aging from Rueda which is made with Verdejo strains over 30 years old planted in several small plots at 750 meters above sea level on pebble and sand terrain. This way, the diversity of nuances are transmitted to the wine.

The Belondrade winery was founded in 1994, with the idea of transferring Burgundian techniques to the Verdejo grape. It was during that year that Didier Belondrade, a Frenchman in love with Spain, presented a wine that revolutionized the market for Spanish whites: Belondrade and Lurton.
