100% Muscat variety.
After destemming, the must macerates at a low temperature with the skins for greater aromatic extraction.
The tanks are then bled and, without being pressed, the free-run must is topped with wine alcohol until 15º alcohol content is obtained.
Finally, this quenched must is filtered and bottled as soon as possible to retain the maximum expression of the fruit.
Wine with European V-Level certification by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a vegan wine.
CURIOSITIES
Bodegas Enrique Mendoza was founded as a company in 1989. Enrique Mendoza's restlessness led him to buy, collect and invest in wine from other wineries as an amateur. Later, he decided to plant 2,000 plants to continue the Marina Baixa's tradition of producing wine for family consumption. These plantations, 25 years later, have been transformed into two wineries.
