TASTING NOTES
The nose is dominated by aromas of sour cherries and raspberries. On the palate it is fresh and round with discreet tannins.

CURIOSITIES
Simonnet-Febvre also produces and vinifies the wines from the historic vineyards of Yonne. These vineyards were destroyed when phylloxera hit the area in the 19th century, but they were progressively replanted and have regained their prestige today.
