The "Cuvée Latour" of Bourgogne Blanc is made with Chardonnay de la Côte d'Or, more precisely from the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, as well as with a selection of the best Chardonnays of the Côte Chalonnaise. The result is an authentic wine with the consistency and finesse worthy of beautiful white villages.
Vinification and maturation
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature, 100% malolactic Aged for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
This wine has a beautiful slightly golden colour with some green reflections, elegant and intense aromas, well concentrated and with a vanilla aroma - a magnificent and charming set as well as a present acidity that completes the finish wonderfully.
