100% Sauvignon Blanc variety.
Bodegas del Chateau del Nozet.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (18ºC) for 6-8 weeks.
Aged on lees from 3 to 6 months.
CURIOSITIES
Sancerre is somewhat drier than Pouilly-Fumé, having been aged before it is aged. No wood is used in the winemaking process in order to preserve the freshness and aroma of the Sauvignon grape.
