View: Cherry color with medium and bright intensity.
Nose: Aromas of mountain herbs, red fruit and dry stone with balsamic notes.
Mouth: Good fruit load in the mouth , with dry but ripe tannins.

ELABORATION

Made at 100% with Grenache coming from the Marañones area.

Vineyard from 50 to 70 years old. granite soil . Silt-sandy texture . Soil depth from 50 to 100 cm. Altitude between 750 and 850 m. North orientation.

Breeding of 12 months in used 500 liter French oak barrels and foudres of 30 hl. Not subjected to stabilization, clarification or filtration processes.

Marañones follows the philosophy of respect for the land and vinification by plots.

Its wines are born in unique places between 650 and 850m, in the Sierra de Gredos, forming a mosaic of vineyards of exceptional landscape and oenological value within the D.O. Wines from Madrid.

Marañones wines are wines full of landscape, the expression of the balance between the soil and climate of each place with natural aging in large French oak vats.
