TASTING NOTES
Aromas of ripe red fruits accompanied by elegant toasted and spicy notes. Deep and varietal, with good structure and a prolonged and seductive finish.
ELABORATION
100% Romé variety.
Vinification of 3 months in 2000 liter vat.
Aged for 10 months in the same vats.
CURIOSITIES
The winery is located in Moclinejo, a small town in the Axarquía (Malaga). An area close to the Mediterranean with old vineyards where the Moscatel de Alejandría variety reigns. There are also other minority varieties such as Pero Ximén, Doradilla, Garnacha or Romé.
