Varieties of grape : 70% Grenache , twenty% Carignan , 10% Merlot/Syrah
It expresses the fruit of the vineyard and its evolution, without the influence of tertiary aromas typical of aging. Grape from the farm You eat them (Brand). Ecological cultivation. Manual harvest. Fermentation with 50% of the rapa in a cement tank for 10 days, with natural yeasts. Aged for 6 months in the same tank. Subsequent rest in bottle for 6 more months.
Curiosities:
Josep Grau fell in love with the wines of Priorat and the region in the first years of the resurgence of the area in the 80's. He began making small quantities of wine in friends' wineries, bottles for his own consumption and enjoyment with friends. The force of attraction of this world full of passions, and his memory of great moments in the countryside with his family, made Josep decide to take the leap and opt for living from viticulture and the countryside, and leave his established work life and the dangers of urban life.
