TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Cherry colour.
- Nose: Aromas of ripe black fruit accompanied by elegant spicy notes and mineral touches.
- Palate: Silky and balanced with a fresh and prolonged finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Grenache, Carignan, Syrah.
Fermentation with part of the stems in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
Only native yeasts with no other oenological additives.
CURIOSITIES
Josep Grau Viticultor produces wines of excellent quality through organic viticulture, meticulous production and very elaborate aging. The winery's most complex wines are aged in oak foudres from the prestigious Austrian house Stockinger.
