Tasting notes:

Deep layer very intense color, with very dark background and red cherry trim. Nose very intense, deep, very elegant, intoxicating. Perfectly assembled wood. Many ripe black fruit, in the line of plum and blackberry. mineral notes and sweet spices of great quality, black chocolate sensations combined with ripe fruit and plum broken bone appear. In the mouth very large, fullness from the wine enters the mouth, ripe and fresh black fruit, mineral, with hints of chocolate. Via powerful retronasal, with refreshing and balsamic notes of aromatic plants in the pine forest. This tannin quality. Development and aging

Elaborated with grapes 100% Tinta del país (tempranillo), thoroughly selected grapes from old vines over 50 years located on payments Horra and Roa (Burgos). The fermentation takes place in oak vats for 18 days and the aging period is 14 months in barrels 80% French oak and 20% American oak. stabilization by natural means and clarification with egg albumin is performed.
