Elaborated with about 100 Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo) from vineyards of more than 25 years, the manual harvesting was carried out in 20 kg boxes. Selection table. Maceration with skins of 15 days at 24 ºC. The breeding is of 6 months in American oak and 6 months in bottle .
