Production and Aging:
Variety 100% Tempranillo . The fermentation of the selected grapes in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28º with a maceration period of 12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine rests for 14 months in French oak barrels. This wine is not made in all the vintages, but only in the exceptional that demonstrate their high potential and qualities for their long aging in barrel and bottle .
