ELABORATION
The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 6-10 months. Oak barrels bring additional aromas and flavors to the wine, such as notes of vanilla, spice, toast, and wood. In addition, the barrels allow a controlled micro-oxygenation of the wine, which contributes to its smoothness and roundness.
CURIOSITIES
It is the youngest wine in the winery, coming from the winery's youngest vineyards, which are protected by a large pine forest in the continental climate of the Ribera del Duero. From the beginning, organic cultivation was chosen, expressly renouncing all types of mineral fertilisers and herbicides.
