Made 100% with Tempranillo.
Alcoholic fermentation for 18 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Subsequent malolactic fermentation for 30 days.
Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES
A wine with roots anchored in the most authentic winemaking tradition of the Ribera del Duero but with an innovative vocation. Made from grapes from an ideal enclave where exposure, climate and soil come together to obtain excellent grape quality.
