Made with Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec.
Grapes selected from 37 different plots of the Ribera del Duero at an altitude of between 750 and 1000 meters.
Movement of grapes by gravity, without pumps and gently.
The grapes arrive destemmed and whole to the tank.
Aged for 12 months in 225-litre Quercus Pyrenaica oak barrels, from different forests.
At the end of the aging, 35 different wines were obtained, depending on the origin of the grape and the type of barrel.
This wine is the final coupage of all of them.

Tomás Postigo is one of the most renowned winemakers of the Ribera del Duero, who left Pago de Carraovejas to face the challenge of opening his own winery in Peñafiel.
For Tomás Postigo, settling in Peñafiel gives many guarantees, since according to the renowned winemaker it is the best area in Spain to produce red wines and one of the best in the world.
