Made with the 100% Godello variety. Destemming of the bunches followed by a short maceration (>4 hours) of the berries. Light and very slow pressing with subsequent static decantation in preparation for prolonged fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Its peculiar slate, granite, clay-ferrous soils and rounded pebbles, its climate of cold winters and hot summers make this wine an unforgettable memory.
- View : Straw yellow, clean and bright with dense tears.
