M. Chapoutier Crozes-Hermitage Les Meysonniers it is a wine red made exclusively from grapes syrah , harvested and selected by hand once they have reached maturity. The fermentation is done in the form traditional in deposits from steel stainless.
TASTING NOTES:
Apperance : Colour red ruby with reflexes purple .
Nose : Aromas intense from currant black , raspberry and strawberry mixed with a touch of violet.
Palate : In the mouth it is round and large , with a final long in which the notes of cooked fruit and vanilla dominate .
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN : Crozes-Hermitage .
ELABORATION : Elaborated with variety of grapes 100% syrah .
AGING : Aged for 12 months in deposits from concrete .
CURIOSITIES : The vineyards for the production of this wine come from the back of the Hermitage hills and are south facing.
