Nose: In the still glass, intense aromas of very fresh red fruit accompanied by touches floral , after airing the glass we perceive light touches of licorice .
Mouth: Alive, tasty and very very fresh thanks to its impeccable acidity that blends perfectly with the delicious fruit load that contribute.
ELABORATION
The harvest takes place from August to September. Made using controlled fermentation, with light pump-overs to extract the maximum amount of quality aromas and a stable color. The thermal fermentation ranges between 22 and 27 ºC, until reaching the optimal point of devatting to thus provide the youngest and most lively aromas possible.
