TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Cherry colour with a violet rim.
- Nose: Aromas of black fruit, liquorice, spices and aromatic herbs.
- Palate: Tasty with a fresh mid-palate. Well balanced with a lingering finish and a fruity aftertaste.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 60% Brancellao, 40% Mencia.
Fermentation in open oak tanks.
Aged for 9 months in barrels.
