TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Deep ruby color.
- Nose: Aromas of black fruit accompanied by elegant and complex notes of aging.
- Mouth: Soft and dense on the palate. Its large structure allows it to age for a long time.
WINEMAKING
Varieties: Black Grenache 53%, Syrah 20%, Carignan 15%, Merlot 8%, Cabernet Sauvignon 4%. Fermented with wild yeasts. Aged 21 months in barrels, foudres and amphorae.
CURIOSITIES
Clos Martinet comes from the Mas d'en Martinet estate, located in Gratallops. Its licorella floor gives it a unique personality.
