CURIOSITIES
Can Blau Cellers is a winery belonging to the Juan Gil Group that produces red wines in the D.O. Montsant, from where they obtain complex wines with excellent structure.
The secret of the richness of flavours lies in the three grape varieties that grow in these soils: the Carignan, which is harvested in clay valleys; the Syrah that grows on steep limestone reliefs; the Grenache that springs from an ancient and dark slate Priory.
