Grapes fermented separately in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Aged in French and American oak barrels that will vary depending on the characteristics of the harvest.
Final stay in stainless steel until bottling.
CURIOSITIES
Garnacha Tintorera is one of the few varieties with coloured flesh that exist. It is well known that even red varieties have white pulp, but in some very particular cases, this rule is broken, giving way to very coloured grapes, capable of offering wines of unusual intensity.
