TASTING NOTES
ELABORATION
Varieties: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Harvested by hand at its optimum point of ripeness in 15 kg boxes.
The bunches pass through the selection table and are then destemmed, the grapes are vatted in stainless steel tanks, kept cold for a few days, with a slow alcoholic fermentation at about 26 ºC.
Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels.

Founded in the early 90s by the Arzuaga Navarro family, the wineries that bear their name are an example of dedication and passion for the land and wine.
Quality is the most pampered and cared for aspect at Arzuaga Navarro. The excellent quality of its grapes, an inescapable premise of good wine, the care with which the vineyards are cared for and the passion in the work have made its wines already some of the most prestigious in the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.
