TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw-golden colour.
- Nose: Aromas of pear, lychees, flowers and candied citrus.
- Palate: Flavors of peach, bakery spice and tropical fruits. Sweetness balanced with acidity, thus obtaining a pleasant and prolonged finish.

CURIOSITIES
Pillitteri is a family of Sicilian origin who came to Canada in 1940. Gary Pillitteri and his wife took over a farm in Niagara on the Lake in 1965. In 1988, after the opening of the first wineries in the area, Gary took the initiative and began planting grapes in the family's first vineyards.
In 1993 he opened the Pillitery Estates Winery, which already had the capacity to produce up to 16000 bottles. His wines won several awards, obtaining international prestige.
