Juan Francisco Fariña Pérez is a winemaker whose objective is to make wines in an artisanal way, a family tradition that he has carried out in the Güímar Valley (Tenerife) since 1999, when he began bottling his own references.
This winery is very clear about the importance of cultivating and maintaining the vines in order to obtain a quality product. The vineyards are located in the highlands of the municipality of Arafo, with an altitude above sea level between 750 and 800 meters.
